Intimate Community

John 15:12-17

On this Installation Sunday, we are reminded of God’s call for us to be an intimate community.  Jesus’ relationship with his disciples revealed that he was much more than just a teacher to them.  There was an invitation to a very intimate relationship as Jesus called them friends.  Today, we reflect a bit about what it means to intimately care for those in our church community.
