Warning Against False Teaching

2 Peter 1:20-2:3

Peter delves into communicating the importance of God’s Word particularly in the era where there are so many false teachers leading God’s people astray.  Peter encourages them in a hostile culture toward the truth of God’s Word.  This is quite relevant for us in an age where there are so many voices that occupy and influence our minds.  Christians should faithfully adhere to the task of reading and seeking the meaning of God’s Word.
