Yearning for the Holy Spirit

Spiritual gifts are God’s gift to the body of Christ—God bestowed upon the Church so that we may benefit from their unique functions. The mistreatment and abuse of by some should not reduce the beauty or the function of the spiritual gifts. Today, we finish our talk on spiritual gifts by heeding Paul’s strong affirmation that we are to eagerly desire them and continue to utilize them in our service onto God.
