Interpersonal problems for Christians are a serious matter and God commands us to resolve any conflict with others prior to our worship of Him.  It is not only when we wrong others but when someone else wrongs us that we still are encouraged to initiate to make things right.  The call for reconciliation is a difficult one as it requires much humility and courage, but we must act quickly in not carrying any longer the burden of injurious relationships.
